When ordering with www.loftly.com, you consent to receiving upcoming deals and promotions via email. The contract between us and the buyer shall be on these terms to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions.

Order Acceptance

If we accept your order, we will send you a confirmation of this by email. The receipt of an email order confirmation by you constitutes our acceptance of an order and the conclusion of a contract between us to sell the goods you have ordered, subject to these terms. Following such acceptance, Loftly will always seek to meet the requirements of your order. However, there may be circumstances where we are unable to ship products due to unavailability. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund the money for the unavailable products. Loftly's acceptance is subject to the availability of products following the receipt of the confirmation email by you.

While Loftly endeavours to ensure that its descriptions, details, and dimensions of its products, its prices, and other information are accurate and up to date, errors can occur. If we identify an error that materially impacts your confirmed order, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the option of cancelling your order in full or the part(s) affected by the misinformation. Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and Loftly reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

Loftly reserves the right to cancel an order at any time until the order has been delivered, for any reason, and refund the customer in full.

Alterations

Any alterations made to orders may incur a charge of £99.

Discount Codes

Discount Codes are restricted to one per customer, per order. Any order that attempts to combine coupon codes to gain a greater discount will be cancelled and refunded. Discount codes are solely at the discretion of Loftly, and we reserve the right to withdraw any special offer or coupon code at any time. Discounts do not apply to any additional extras or upgrades ordered after you have placed your initial order.

Delivery

Delivery costs are non-refundable. While we will do our best to accommodate any delivery requirements and dates, Loftly cannot guarantee that these requests or requirements will be met. Special requirements and any delivery restrictions should be stated at the checkout in the notes section or you should inform a member of staff at Loftly as soon as you place your order. In the unlikely event of damage being caused to your property by the delivery team, Loftly will not accept responsibility for any damages or expenses. We shall not be liable for any loss, economic or loss of profit or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly from any delay in the delivery of the goods. Adverse weather conditions may delay your delivery.

If you miss your delivery date/time for any reason and we are forced to rearrange delivery, there may be a charge of £69 to cover the cost. Installation of the bed is free of charge; however, if you refuse this service, you must check the bed yourself for any damages or faults at the time of delivery before signing the Delivery Note. Loftly cannot accept responsibility for any damages reported after the delivery team has left. We will require one week's notice to rearrange a planned delivery. Forty-eight hours after placing your order, you will be charged 30% of your order total as a restocking fee if you cancel your order.

Cancellation and Returns

In the event of a change of heart regarding your purchase, we offer a 24-hour cooling-off period during which you may cancel your order. We kindly request written or verbal communication from you, the customer, within this timeframe to initiate the cancellation process. After this cooling-off period, all deposits are considered non-refundable. Please note that each bed is meticulously crafted to order and is therefore considered non-returnable once this 24-hour period has elapsed. However, in exceptional circumstances, should you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase upon delivery, it may be feasible, at the manager's discretion, to exchange the bed for an item of equivalent value. Please be aware that such exchanges will incur a £150 handling fee to cover delivery and installation charges. We reserve the right to withdraw this option at our discretion.

Data Protection

We adhere strictly to all statutory requirements outlined in the Data Protection Act 1998, as well as general data protection regulations. Your personal information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and security. Rest assured that your information will never be shared or sold to any third-party company.

Manufacturer's Warranty

With every purchase, you will also benefit from a complimentary five-year manufacturer's warranty, effective from the day you sign for your delivery. Please note that certain exclusions may apply. Disassembling the bed for any reason or relocating it to a different property will render the warranty void.
